   Making an Appointment

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.

Evening, Saturday and emergency visits are usually available.

**While we try to schedule ahead when possible, we recognize that your pet's condition may change rapidly.  Same-day appointments are almost always available, Monday through Saturday.

Phone:  (206) 486-5418

Note:  Because the phone is on 'silent' during home visits and may not be picked up while driving Dr. Durrill may not answer immediately, but tries to return calls within the hour on weekdays.

Plan enough time for the visit:  You can expect the doctor to be in your home for about an hour, on average.  However some visits, especially an initial Hospice and Palliative Care Consult, may last longer in order to carefully address your pet's needs and the needs of your family.

   Forms and Medical Records

Client registration:

     - When you schedule your initial appointment, we can email or fax your registration form ahead of the appointment, if desired.

     - We feel that the best Hospice and Palliative care for most pets involves integrating care with the family veterinarian, and sharing updates on patient progress.

**We will contact your primary provider about medical records, but greatly appreciate it if you can arrange for a copy to be forwarded prior to your appointment, for the doctor’s review.  We also like to forward our consult and exam updates to your primary pet care provider.

As this service is customized for each pet, please contact us by phone for an estimate of cost.  Payment is due at the time of services.

Please note that evening, weekend and holiday appointments are usually available; and emergency visits are available, at the doctor’s discretion and depending on availability.  Additional fees may apply, and will be discussed prior to the home visit.

Senior citizens over the age of 65 are eligible for a 10% discount on services by request.
